I thought it would be freeing to become a “cord cutter”, eschewing traditional cable for streaming TV. Flash forward a couple of years, and the number of steaming services we have to keep up with is dizzying.
“Babe, there’s a new show I’d like to watch.”
“Sure. Is it on Netflix?”
“No, it’s on Oxygen’s new streaming service ‘O2PremiumGoGo+’ which you can only watch on an Alexa-enabled toaster.”
“Sign us up!”
Happy Tuesday! And if you’re anywhere in the Eastern part of the US, Stay Warm!
Cord-cutting can be more expensive than just having cable. Of course, there are the benefits of video on demand but with all the services with compelling programming, you want everything which will not save you money.

Indeed. Why can’t all of the shows I like be free and available through one simple device with a big screen operated by one remote preferably by voice command even when I am talking with my mouth full of mixed nuts?

Yes! I would also like voice command operability with chips and popcorn, but otherwise I 100% agree!
